These Terms & Conditions apply to all courier and delivery services provided by SPEEDEL (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
SPEEDEL provides local courier and delivery services within Darwin and surrounding areas. Services include the transport of parcels, documents, food, and small business items, subject to availability and operational conditions.
2. Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including pickup and drop-off locations, contact details, and a clear description of the item being delivered. SPEEDEL is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
3. Prohibited Items
SPEEDEL does not transport illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or restricted items, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, flammable materials, or any items prohibited under Australian law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any delivery that does not comply with these requirements.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery times provided are estimates only. While we aim to meet agreed timeframes, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). Pricing is based on distance, item type, urgency, and delivery requirements. Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to delivery details after confirmation.
6. Liability
SPEEDEL takes reasonable care in handling items; however:

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Liability is limited to the delivery fee paid, unless otherwise required by law.
Customers are responsible for arranging additional insurance if required.
7. Right to Refuse Service
SPEEDEL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any service where safety, legality, or operational concerns arise.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the Northern Territory.
